TriTechne required a suite of internal tools to bring their operations, planning, and reporting into a single, reliable system. We designed and built automation scripts that eliminated hundreds of hours of manual monthly work, and deployed data visualization applications that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into key business metrics.
We also integrated ArcGIS spatial data into the tooling stack — enabling network design, spatial analysis, and infrastructure mapping that directly improved planning accuracy and efficiency across departments.
The work spanned automation, web dashboards, API integrations, and geospatial tooling — with outcomes including hundreds of thousands of dollars generated and tens of thousands saved through efficiency gains.
